Can I change my order address?Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment methods as we will have already started processing your order.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?We're sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item! Please send an email to info@glitzzbyg.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve this as soon as possible.

Can I change my billing address?Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. If you received the thanks for your order confirmation page that means you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

When will my order(s) be delivered?Domestic Shipping - Scheduled method → 2-5 business days or at a time agreed with the customer. Domestic Shipping - Same day method → Same day. Regional Shipping (Bonaire) → Within 5 business days after shipping.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?If you think you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered - please email us as soon as possible at info@glitzzbyg.com and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault you are seeing. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we are happy to organise a refund or direct replacement. Please note that GlitzzbyG does not accept returns for items which have been damaged during wash and wear.

Can I return a sale item?All sale items are finale, there is no exchange or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.

How long do I have to return an item?All returns must be received within 14 days from the date your items are delivered.

Can I return a used item?Unfortunately, we can't accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. Do I need to create an account in order to buy?No! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. How do I start earning points after joining?You need to log in to your account and your point(s) will be credit to you as soon you have paid for your order. 1. For every Nafl 1,- you spent, you earn 3 points. 2. Like us on Instagram, you earn 10points. 3. Like us on Facebook, you earn 10 points.
