We founded GlitzzbyG with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

I. GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

II. SHIPPING

We offer regional shipping to Kralendijk Bonaire. Orders are packed and used to be shipped by Divi Divi Air on Tuesday and Thursday. Shipping fee to Bonaire is $10,- additional on your subtotal.

 

III. WARRANTY & RETURNS

GlitzzbyG will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect GlitzzbyG to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(A) a refund in store credit

(B) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

IV. DELIVERY TERMS

Domestic shipping - Scheduled method → 2 - 5 business days.

Domestic shipping - Same day method → Same day.

Upon delivery customer will inspect the delivered goods and sign a disclaimer that the goods were delivered in good order and condition. After payment the sale is final and the goods are deemed to have been inspected and accepted in good order and condition. After payment and delivery no refunds.

V. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment methods as we will have already started processing your order.

 

VI. CUSTOMS & TAXES

IMPORTANT!!! Your country may charge you customs duties, the amount of which we have no knowledge or control over. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. GlitzzbyG encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

 

VII. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
