Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by GlitzzbyG ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all "online" purchases of goods from GlitzzbyG.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

I. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the page. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability and are exclusive edition. Prices for all products are subject to change.

II. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: CASH ON DELIVERY OR DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (MCB 30815901). In case  the customer uses direct bank transfer, please use your Order Nr as the payment reference. The customer agree to make the payment and provide proof of payment receipt before delivery at info@glitzzbyg.com or WhatsApp 59995249096.

III. PREORDERS POLICY
PREORDER means that the product is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.

 

The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.

All preorder items have **PREORDER** as part of their product name. You need to pay 50% down with code PREORDER50 and this should be made via online banking. When ordered item(s) arrive, buyers have 2 weeks to settle the remaining payment. You can also pay in full and be among the first customers to receive your order. Estimated date of arrival is based on the shipment schedule of our selected courier. Schedule may not be accurate. Please note that delays may occur i.e. COVID-19 preventive measures, shipment held by customs.

GlitzzbyG is not held liable for any delays that may occur but we promise we will do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible.

Ordered items are considered sold - Down payments are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items. 

IV. RESERVATION /HOLD
Items can be reserved and held at no charge for the duration of two (2) business days. After two business days, the styles are put back on the sales floor. Please note item reservations/holds are subject to availability and items are not guaranteed. For instance, if an item is reserved or put on hold but then an sale comes through for that item (and it is the last one in stock), we will sell out the item to the person who purchased it first.

 

V. INSPECTION

The customer has the right and duty to inspect the goods upon delivery of the goods. After payment the sale is final and the goods are deemed to have been inspected and accepted in good order and condition.

VI. YOUR ACCOUNT

In order to purchase products or services through the use of the site, you can establish an account with GlitzzbyG. You are solely responsible for (1) maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and your account password, (2) restricting access to your computer and your account, and (3) keeping your email address listed on your account curent. You are solely responsible and liable for all activities, including, without limitation, all purchases of products and services through the use of the site that occur under your account or your account password.

You acknowledge and agree that GlitzzbyG may access, preserve, and disclose your account information, all submissions, all communication to and from you, all information relating to the use of the site under your account or account password if GlitzzbyG is required to do so by law or legal process or if GlitzzbyG determines, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to protect the rights of GlitzzbyG, third parties, and other users of the site or for purpose of responding to your request for customer service. GlitzzbyG 's right to disclose any such information shall govern over any terms of our privacy policy.

These Terms and the Contract shall be governed by the law of Curaçao submit to the courts of Curaçao in respect of any dispute arising.
